HELP!!! services .exe error

In windows in about an hour of my PC running theres window appeard and writes that services.exe musten been shut down.Then when i click on close appear another window with countdown of 60seconds, then it restarts PC.What should i do?The RegCure doesnt helped.PLEASE someone do!!
