98Se to XP Lost Files

You'll loose all personal content with the upgrade,some
98 program files are intact as they came with 98 but
upgrades,etc are lost.If you install,or re-install xp
later,boot from xp cd,install xp,personal settings are
retained but all xp updates,wmp,etc are lost.Upgrading
is like useing the Fdisk in 98

That is totally incorrect.
