9800 tv out?

Hi,
I have an ATI 9800. Can this card be connected to a TV for playing DVDs or
do I need an AIW?
There are only three connections on the back of the card. analog monitor,
digital monitor and an unusual round connection between them. Is this the TV
out?

Yes, this is an S-Video out socket. Simply connect the S-Video cable from
your telly to the card, and enable the TV Output in the control panel.

An AIW is only useful if you want to IMPORT video.
