824301 Patch

Does anyone happen to have the download location and a current
password for the 824301 patch. I'm running a IBM AS/400 console from a
Windows 2000 box. After updating the box to SP4, the console will not
load. IBM says I need this patch. Have been unable to get anywhere
with Microsoft on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
