Can someone tell me FOR SURE if "MS03-026: Security
Update for Windows XP (823980)" is the same thing as what
I have installed (since 7-19-03) "Windows XP Hotfix-
KB823980"??? Do I have the correct patch against the
Blaster Worm? Is my PC safe? Thanx, 1st year user Mist
