64-bit Vi$ta and FS Water Configurator

[Man-wai Chang to The Door (+MS=32B)]

Using Flight Simulator X Deluxe + FSX: Acceration.

I am unable to change the water texture after hitting the "Apply" button.

Is there some additional settings to make the Configurator work?
