Vi$ta showed a blue-screen with error BAD_POOL_HEADER or
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. No problem with 6G RAM.

Known issue?

If it's not a software issue, try rearranging memory modules, slowing
the memory timings as much as possible, or raising memory voltage from
1.8V to 1.9-2.0V in BIOS setup. You may have a marginally slow
module. What brand(s) and models are you using?

4 pcs of A-data DDR2-800 Gaming Series (black heatsink). The maximum
voltage for DDR2 is 1.95V in the Asus M2N-E. The RAM, according to the
label, could take 2.1V.
