64-bit XP/Vi$ta driver for Conexant CX11252 56k soft-modem

I am unable to find a US Robotics distributor in Hong KOng to buy a good
hardware modem. So my only option is those cheap soft-modems.

Thanks. It seems that those 32-bit PCI cards are not quite working with
64-bit OS and hardware....
