619 Errors on RRAS 2003 PPTP Connections

RRAS 2003 PPTP Connections were working fine until I installed Exchange on
the box. (Disregard security implications, I am aware of them). Now PPTP
connections error out with 619. I've tried the following:

Disabling RRAS, Unregistering/re-registering the server in AD, I've replaced
dnary.mdb and ias.mdb with originals from disc. Still nothing. I have read
every post available on the web on potential solutions. I am thinking there
may be some conflict with IIS? Running a packet sniff during the PPTP
Connections notes segmented packet errors during the final stages of the
authentication.

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA.

Do a simple test. Can you establish the PPTP in the LAN?
