554 Relay access denied on Outlook client

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 client to a Zimbra server. My outlook runs on a vista operating system.

I have not problems sending mails to users or recipents within my domain but each time I try to send mails to members of other domains, I get "554 Relay access denied" error message.

I have checked "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" option and also selected "Use same setting as my incoming mail server". I am still unable to send external mails.

What could be wrong? What do I need to do? It is becoming frustrating for me.

Relaying errors are an indication that you are not authorized to use a
server. If you are an authorized user of the server, you may need to check
that your outbound email is configured for the proper "MAIL FROM:" email
address. Otherwise, it is a server configuration error, and out of your
control.
