Why am I getting the following message when I try to send an email?

Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s):

Failed Recipient: (deleted for privacy)
Reason: Remote host said: 554 #5.5.4 Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed
for (deleted for privacy)
