? 54 minute XP boot

I've updated all my drivers, defragged, used several tune up utilities,
but it still takes nearly an hour for my system to boot.

What now?

Same long load time, safe or regular.

Most of the time is spent with a dialog box on the screen saying:
"Loading your personal settings."

The rest of the boot process takes a couple of minutes.
