Win Xp when I try to access a program it just stays on for
about 10 seconds and then disapears, can anyone help?
 
Hi Silver,

And does this happen in Safe mode as well? Hit F8 at startup to access Safe
mode and try some programs there. If they open ok, then you need to isolate
what is interfering during a normal boot, this can help do that:
