2755 Errors - Unable to remove software

I've been having problems uninstalling MS Office Premium
and several other applications. I continue to get 2755
errors.

I can not run the applications either because of a "temp
file full or access issue".

Looking in the event logs all I see is a
problem "...creating object index 1848 in the Performmance
Library RSVP because no values was found in 009".

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Check the permissions on the hidden folder %systemroot%\installer. Make sure Administrator and System has Full
Control.
