The delegator has give me permission to her email. I can do File, Open
others folder, and see her email.

Once I click on another view and try to go back, I'm not seeing it. I know
that in in 2k, I could go to the folder view and be able to find her email
folder.

I know that the delegate's mail is still open, cuz I'm getting the "Toast"
for her account in addition to my own.

The permissions are set correctly. I can see her email when I open the
folder. The problem is that I can't view it if I click onto a different view
(like calendar) and go back to mail.

It's not showing up in the folder view like you would have had in 2000 after
you had gone into to Tools Services and added the other mailbox to yours

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Did you add it via Tools-> E-mail Accounts already? You were talking about
File-> Open which is the wrong approach.
