pdf attachments-outlook 2003

Delegate can't open a pdf attchements, getting operation failed. But the
delegate can open it when she tries to open from her boss's PC. This is
happing with one particular email (external email). Also, the delegate can't
forward or save the attachments, getting the same error.

For errors like this, I'd start with detect and repair.

But the thing is that, 2 more users have the same issue. Can't view it from
there outlook, they have to open it from their boss's PC.
