delegates

I am a delegate for my manager and I have access to her Inbox through my
folder list. I have created several sub-folders in her Inbox but she can only
see 3/20. How can I make sure that she can see all of the sub-folders that I
have created for her?

Version of Outlook?
Is she using Cached Exchange Mode?
Do they show up after she restarts Outlook?
Can she see the folders via OWA?

Are you both using cached mode? Can you see them using OWA?
did you check the permissions on the folders? She should be owner.
