When opening another user's inbox, I need to move emails to folders she has
created, but I cannot see her folder list. She has given me delegate access
as editor. What else do we need to do for me to be able to file her emails
in her folders? Thanks.

She has to give you the proper permissions to not only each of the
subfolders, but to the parent folder and to the mailbox containing them.

How does she do this? Thanks.

She needs to give the other person Reviewer permission to her mailbox (Read
Items, Folder Visible) and then whatever permissions she wants to grant on
the main and all subfolders individually. Right-click and choose Sharing.
A minimum for the parent folder is also Reviewer.

OK, thanks.
