2000 Server

I have a server running windows 2000 Server and clients
running windows 98 but the server is unable to see the
clients. When we try to log on the clients the following
message comes up. No domain server was available to
validate your password. You may not be able gain access to
some network resources.
 
Got WINS installed on the server? W9x, ME and NT4-clients need it. You will
need options 003, 006, 015, 044 and 046 (0x8) as well in DHCP-server,
Scope-options.
Does the ipconfig/all from the clients show that everything is pointing to
the server-IP?
