2000 Server - one queue to multiple printers possible?

Is it possible to configure 2000 Server to have one single print queue
which will print to one of three printers based upon which printer is
currently not tied up printing another job? I would like the server to make
the decision, if this feature exists, about which of three printers it
should print to based upon which printer is not currently in use.
