2000 Outlook Mail Changing "From" line

I have 4 users on 1 2000 outlook mailbox. when any of the 4 users replies to
mail or creates mail from the joint mailbox the "from" line has the default
email address on it which is the first address in the "accounts" section of
outlook email. what is an easy way to change the "from" email address
between each of the different users of the mailbox as they create mail and
reply to sent email messages? thanks.

Do that all use the same PC? Do they all use the same Outlook instance?
