Set Default From Address

Hello,

We have Outlook 2003 & Exchange 2003. We have a number of users who have in
Outlook there own personal Mailbox but also have a separate mailbox for the
department e-mail address, all members have access to this department mailbox
but when a user tries to reply an e-mail from the department mailbox it sets
the 'from' address as the department e-mail address which is what it was sent
to but we want the from e-mail address to be the user who is reply.

Is there a way we can set the default 'from' e-mail address to be the users
own personal address rather than the department e-mail address?
