Additional Mailbox

Hello,

I have set up an additional mailbox for myself and two colleagues. When two
of use click on reply the additional mailbox address is pre-filled in the
"From" box but the other colleague is not pre-filled and if she doesnt add in
the e-mail address it replies from her own personal address.

Does anyone know how to change this?

If you are using Outlook 2003 with three different POP mailboxes and reply to
a message, it should default to whichever account the incoming message was
sent to. You can send from one of the others by clicking the "Account"
button - it should be right next to the "Send" button - and select whichever
account you want to send from.
