2 users using outlook 2003 on same PC

We have a PC that two users share...and it also has Outlook 2003 installed on
it. Each user has their own sign-on onto the PC. Here's the issue....when
person1 signs on, she is able to send/receive fine. But when Person2 signs
on.....and she looks in her "Sent Items" folder...she can see Person1's sent
e-mails. I checked the e-mail accounts (Tools->E-Mail Accounts.....) and
only Person2's account is in there.

Any help would be appreciated,

Harold

What exactly are you trying to do?

I don't want one user to be able to see what someone else had sent.

That is really impossible with the setup that you have. Then why
couldn't you setup so that each person has his/her e-mail account?

That's my issue. They each have their own Outlook account and they sign into
Windows separately. So I don't understand how one user can see what the
other user has sent. Also, one user can see the others' calender entries.

If theiy're not using Exchange and have enabled delegation, one of them has
his or her PST in a shared area or has enabled sharing for that file or the
other has an Administrator account. The other person is referencing the
first person's PST in his or her profile. Remove the reference to the PST
in that profile and modify the permissons so that it's not accessible by the
second person.
