Help!! I've just got XP Pro and have set up 2 users but we both need to
use the same email account and have acess to each others emails. Can I
set up Outlook 2000 to share a common inbox etc?

Yes. When you create the Email profile for the first user, add the
"Personal Folders" service and specify a Personal Folders file in a folder
with read/write permissions for both users. When you create the profile for
the second user, add the "Personal Folders" service and browse to the PST
(Personal Folders) file that you created for the first user. Make sure, for
both users, that the delivery location for each is "Personal Folders". When
you create the mail account for each, set the up identically. All mail for
both should then be delivered to the same Inbox. Only one user at a time
can access the folders, however.

Hi Adam; I recently upgraded to XP and had to find how
to do the same thing that you want. Here's what I did:
in Outlook, goto File, Open, Personal Folders File, open
an existing file if you have one from each user. Or once
first user is setup, open that PST from other users.
This shares all your folders and even your contacts
list. Only problem I have is that I cannot find how to
share rules and junk senders lists, which I have posted
and waiting for an answer. Good luck
