2 errors - any help

[Macdaddy]

When i try to change my desktop picture I keep getting an
error

Run a DLL as an App

Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem, blah, blah,
blah.

Also my Win86.exe keeps crashing about 5 mins after I turn
on my computer, even if I dont run anything.

Any help very appreciated.
