Trying to Install softwares and I get the following error "ERROR CREATING PROCESS"

REASON:Windows\System32\advpack.dll

Unable to install any software. I remember I was installing one day
Microsoft's new currency calculator and it did want me to do a Genuine
Check, and I think (If I am correct) that it is after this it started
erroring out and does not allow me to install even MSN Messenger new version
nor any other softwares like "Ultrasound" for AD.

I installed SQL 2005 Server fine on my XP box. Which went fine which is
running from CD, but anything u download and install from the websites, it
does not install.

Any thoughts guys? Ur help would be appreciated.

Firstly try to uninstall Microsoft's new currency calculator from add and
remove programs
Secondly do online scan from panda active sca or trendmicro .
