Error Creating Process...

Hi,

I'm getting this error whenever I try to install any update or anything
really:

Error creating process <process id>, Reason: INDOWS\System32\advpack.dll

I've tried rolling back updates and applying them again, but I can't apply
them again because I get the above error.

I tried System File Checker too.

The only thing I notice that's not right is update 810243 is listed in
Add/Remove Programs but there's no remove button. There's no remove
instructions anywhere in fact. I tried reinstalling it, but nothing
happened.

Does it really say INDOWS or is that a typo?

Mr. Watters, Please forgive me for intruding upon this post but I have the same problem and to answer your question it was a typo. In my case at least the full name windows is shown. I am answering this in the hopes that you can lend some help in resolving this problem. Thanks for any and all considerations.
