16 bit windows subsystem

i have been runing windows xp pro for about 6 months with no problems but
last week it crashed so i reinstaled it and all drivers but now when i try to
instal surtan disks i get this (16 bit windows subsystem)
c:\windows\sysstem32\autoexec.nt. the system file is not sutable for running
ms-dos and microsoft windows applications,choose `close` to terminate the
application .
but the same disks were instaled befor the crash any help please

Remove Win???.com using Add or Remove Programs from the Control Panel.
