16 Bit Windows subsystem

Hiya,

There must be someone out there who can help me.I keep getting an error
message when I try to run or install CD Roms.
the message reads; C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt The system file is
not suitable fro running DOS and microsoft Windows applications. Choose Close
to terminate the application.
When I do this the program closes anyway ? Has anyone got a clue how to
resolve this ?

try this, copy the autoexec.nt file from c:\windows\repair to
c:\windows\system32
