16-bit program error

Upon start up, a message pops up that says "Can't run 16-
bit Windows program. Insufficient memory to run this
application. Quit one or more applications and then try
again.

How do I find out which program this is and correct this
error?

Are you running McAfee antivirus under the following conditions:

?

Also found numerous references to printer driver installs failing and
causing this type of problem. Have you recently tried to install anything?
