104 Dial up windows in IE6

Sometimes on start up of IE, the dial up window just keeps opening until
there are 104 windows. It sometimes occurs on its own whereby, like others
have posted, the dial up occurs unexpectedly. Any solutions?

sounds like one of those trojan dialers to me
