0x000000b4 Video driver failed to initialize

Hello,

Need help on this one.
Get the same error message in safe mode.
Did a repair install - after files were copied and
when windows restarted, got the same error
message.
Took the drive off and installed on another
Win2K machine and used the import
feature on regedt32. Imported Software
and System hives. Need to know
where to go to find the driver it's trying
to load, and change it to vga mode or
default.

Any ideas?

Being that you can't start in safe mode you may have to change BIOS
settings. See here:
