XP will not register online

After completing all the info for XP online registration
(run regwiz/r), I get a banner back that gives the
regisitration number and a message that says to fill out
the yellow card and mail in your registration. It would
be nice to complete the process on line. Any way to work
around this error and complete the regisitartion process
over the internet?
