XP error message

My daughter has XP Professional on her laptop. Whenever
she boots up she gets this error message: Unhandled
Exception: c0000005 at address: 100016b8. How can I
correct this problem? WHat does this error message mean?

This is a hardware error, does it boot up after error???

seems like your daughter might be running low on disk space

I'm guessing that's a STOP error (big blue screen).

If so, if it has worked, remove/unplug any new hardware that has been added
since it worked.

If this does not work, you'll have to reinstall Windows (+ format the disk -
sorry :-()
