Unhandled Exception

After XP boot up and going into my user name (there are 4
users and each get the same message) I get the following:

Unhandled Exception: c0000005
At Address: 100016b8

I would like to know what this means and what to do to
fix it if it needs such.

Hi Rick,

Likely because you installed Kazaa file-sharing. Control Panel/Add & Remove,
uninstall any/all of the following if they exist: Delfin, Pgmonitr,
Promulgate Universe. Removing these add-on bits of spy and adware will not
affect your ability to use the file sharing software.
