When I start Windows (running XP Pro) the following error
message appears - Unhandled Exception c0000005, At
address 100016b8. I click ok and it goes, and doesn't
seem to be affecting how the PC works, but what is it?

Hi Jenny,

Most likely cause is a Creative soundcard, you need to update the drivers
(use the manufacturer's web site, not Windows Update).

Second most likely cause is that you have Kazaa file-sharing installed. One
of the add-on programs it comes with causes this issue. Uninstall pgmonitr
using add & remove in the control panel.
