Error messages

On my dad's computer, when I log in as a guest, I get
these two error messages:

a) Unhandled Exception: c0000005 At address: 100016b8

b) PromulGate Universal has encountered a problem and
needs to close.

Usually, I just click the OK or Close button and the
errors go away and the computer works fine. I don't think
these errors occur when my dad logs onto his computer with
his password. How do I permanently get rid of these error
messages?

Your Dad's computer is infested with spyware. Remove spyware with Spybot
Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. These programs are free, so run them both since they complement
each other. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in
Safe Mode. Also, make sure your Dad has a current (post-2002 version
using updated definitions) antivirus program installed.
