winnet.exe-dll application failure

P

When logging out of windows XP, I get an error message
box that momentarily flashes on the screen before it logs
off. It states, "winnet.exe-DLL failure to initialize",
then the system logs off.

My question is if this can be fixed?

May be a spyware. Removal instructions at:
http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/C/CommonName.asp

Start Windows in Safe Mode. Also, scan the system with Ad-Aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the malware products.
