Windows XP SP2 Update error 0x802240030

After the active bar completes and the updates normally
are listed, an Windows XP SP2 Update error occurs:
[Error number: 0x80240030]
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot
display the requested page. You may find the following
resources helpful in resolving the problem... none of the
recommendations works. I tried to change CSDVersion from
200 to 0 as recommended.
