Windows Update Problem

Whenever Windows Update V5 runs, I get the error message:

Error number: 0x80240030]
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot
display the requested page. You may find the following

There's nothing on the official MS sites that tells me
what error 0x80240030 is or how to fix it. Anyone help?
