How do your fix Windows Update Error 0x800A138F

I just put a new hard drive in and installed the Windows XP Home then the
Service Pack 1, I tried to get windows update to work then got Windows
Update Error 0x800A138F Windows Update Error I tried resetting the Registry
CSDVersion key to zero this didn't solve the problem. The Clock is set
right. What else can I try?

check the language setting in Internet Explorer:
1. Click "Tools" and then choose "Internet Options"
2. Click the "Languages" button
3. Make sure at least one language is listed in the "Language Options" dialog.

I ended up with this after checking the error log it seems to be a Error
0x800C0005 anyone have an idea how to fix it?
