Okay... here's the problem

Somehow my 2 year old daughter, while goofing aroung with my computer, changed my windows settings. So I have no idea how this happened. My windows folder tool bars and menu bars are not visible. (The back and forward buttons, address bar, etc.) The tool bars are okay and working fine with IE. When I've used the HELP feature, it instructs me to click on the "On the View menu of a folder or program window, click Toolbars and then click the toolbar you want to show or hide. " Well this is nice and lovely... if the view option of the menu bar was accessible!!!! I have contacted a few guys who are IT experts and they don't know how to fix it. So hopefully someone out there can help me!!!!!!

Hehe, and she did it with one key. Hit the F11 key.

FYI: the view without the menu bars, etc, is called "kiosk" mode.

Toolbar / Menu bar / Address bars missing or misplaced

Applies to Windows Explorer as well.

Try this if you can. You should have a space inbetween
the folder itself and the bar at the top that holds the
(minimize/maximize and X) choices. Right click in that
space that would normally hold your folder options and
from the menu that should appear, check the stuff that
you want back. Hope that helps. Wayne B.
