Where are the Experts? MOVs?

Sorry to name the thread head like "where are....", I have posted this
question many times but no correct answer - pls the experts, Mov help me

Hi,

I use OLXP with sp3, recently I have send an HTML message with an
attachment, the send item showing the mail send with an attachment, but when
I open the mail there is no attachment. I have checked with the receipient
and he could not find the attachment even. where is my attached file. I use
POP3/SMTP in windows 2000. (It happend only to some(or one) of the specific
recepient because one recepient came back and said no attachment)

how large was the received message size? if the same as the one in your sent
box, you used RTF formatting and the user doesn't use outlook. if not, is
there a virus scanner removing the attachments?

No, the problem, I can't find the attachment in my send items but it
showing an icon as there is an attachment, but when I open the mail there is
no attachment. And the recepeint called me and said he didnot even received
the attachement. I guess the attachment size is not more than 200Kb(word doc)
and the mail format is in HTML not an RTF.
Why is showing an attachment icon in the send items and no attachment in the
mail?
