Where are updated e-mail attachments stored

I open an e-mail attachment and then updated it. I saved it several times,
but Now I can't find the document. I had closed the e-mail, but still had
the attachment open. I can't find where temporary documents are stored.

That link isn't working for me. I'm getting "cannot find server" I'll try
again tomorrow. Thanks I really want to find that document. I took me a
long time to update it and I don't want to do it again.

closed the message before the attachment, you should have the attachment in
the securetemp folder.

Also, a link to the attachment might be in the recently used list of the
application that you used to edit it.
