outlook 2007 error messages "xlsx attachment still opened in orther program...."

My outlook 2007 appears following error when sending messages w/excel attached.

XXXXxX.xlsx attachment still opened in another program....continue or not"

After choose "yes" the mail can also send out but How to remove this error messages?


I had checked the my PC, there is no program opened the attached and there is no virus in the computer

Pls Help
