When clicking a link on a site that uses the _blank code or when shift
clicking I get an IE window that is really small or restored and not
maximized. How do I coorect this? Registry edit?? Thanks in advance for the
help!!

Hi,
Stretch one of those windows out to full size (don't use maximize.) Close
other IE windows. Close that window last.

If you insist on a true Maximixed window:

Drag the edges of the small window until it is sized the way you like. Close
*that* window last. It will be remembered the next time you open IE.
