What's up with Moochers.com??

Whenever I try to view that site, I get the following message:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server."

What's up with that? Is anybody else having that problem? Or better yet,
is anybody else able to view the site?

Just tried it John. Response was: IE has stopped this site from showing
active content on your computer. So it could be a firewall thing.

....No, I can't really figure how that would be the case. The site, by
the way, has been like this for several months now. I wonder if it's an
authentication issue maybe.
