W2K - shut down

Hi,

I have an easily explainable problem. When I want to shut
down the copmputer, instead of shuting down it restarts.

Any ideas??

Did you recently install Roxio CD creator. I have same problem and traced back to Roxio. Also looking for help. Uninstall did not help.

Dunno if this helps any ... but i recently installed the
Roxio CD Creator 6 that came with my new dvd burner..in
previous articles in MS , they stated that CD creator 4.0
caused shutdown probs and that it was related to the Roxio
software.... grrrrrrrrrrr
