Update error code: 0x80070422

I have been facing the same problem ever since I updated my antispyware to
defender. I want to update my defender however everytime i try to do it, I
come across the same message saying Update error code: 0x80070422. My
database says I haven't updated the defender for 144 days. I have just
installed it. On the website there is a solution presented for the problem. I
did it over and over again. It doesn't work. Can anyone help me out on this
one as soon as possible?
